PawlyPet's Shipping and Delivery Policy aims to ensure complete transparency and security for customers throughout all logistics stages, from order approval to product arrival at the provided address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, orders enter an internal processing phase that takes up to 3 business days. During this period, we carry out verification, picking, packaging, and tracking code generation.

The tracking code will be automatically sent to your registered email address once the order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

UK Mainland:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3-4 business days

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Courier operational delays or restrictions
  • Peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
  • Royal Mail or courier service disruptions

Based on our logistics history, approximately 90% of orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking code. Customers can track all movements from dispatch to delivery at the provided address.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the parcel status to avoid situations such as return due to absence or delivery failure.

Delivery Attempts and Collection Points

Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or courier partners. In cases such as:

  • Recipient absence
  • Areas with delivery restrictions
  • Hard-to-access addresses

Couriers may leave a notification card for collection at the nearest post office or collection point. If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery, a new dispatch may be required, potentially incurring additional costs.

Delivery Address

Customers must carefully review delivery details at checkout.

  • Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Cancellations cannot be processed after this period
  • Returns due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing essential information are entirely the customer's responsibility

If the product returns to the sender, the delivery timeframe will restart from reshipment confirmation.
